Gauntlet - Flag Football Flag Pulling Drill
Click here to see the cones I use: https://amzn.to/2OuHHRn This one on one flag pulling drill helps your players practice good technique in a small space. It also helps with their reaction time and conditioning. Depending on the size of your team, you can run through this drill twice per player once you and your team become efficient with it. Playlist of youth flag football drills used for flag pulling, agilities/change of direction, handoffs, and passing/receiving. The 3 Cone Drill and 45s with Tennis Balls are good change of direction drills to get your players moving quickly. The Sweep, Snake, and Gauntlet are great flag pulling drills. I usually do 2 of these 3 every practice. These drills also serve as a launching point for creating your own variations for some flag pulling domination.
